At Aarohan Publications, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that every book reaches you in excellent condition. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong book.
  • The book was damaged during shipping.
  • The book has a manufacturing or printing defect.
  • The package arrived in a severely damaged condition.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned with its original packaging.
  • Include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Books ordered by mistake.
  • Minor variations in cover design or printing that do not affect readability.
  • Damage caused after delivery.
  • Books returned without prior approval.
  • Digital books, e-books, downloadable content, or gift cards (if applicable).

3. Return Request Timeline

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Requests received after this period may not be eligible for return or replacement.

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Full Name
  • Contact Number
  • Reason for Return
  • Clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

5. Replacement Policy

Once your request is approved, Aarohan Publications will arrange a replacement for the damaged or incorrect book at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.

If the same title is unavailable, we may offer:

  • A refund
  • Store credit
  • An alternative title (with your consent)

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following situations:

  • The ordered book is unavailable after purchase.
  • A replacement cannot be provided.
  • The order is cancelled by Aarohan Publications before dispatch.
  • An approved return qualifies for a refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order has been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Refund & Return Policy.

Aarohan Publications reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Payment verification issues
  • Pricing errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

8. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • Incorrect product
  • Damaged product
  • Manufacturing defect

Aarohan Publications will bear the return shipping cost.

If a return is requested for any other reason (where applicable), the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

9. Inspection of Returned Products

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

If the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy, the return or refund request may be declined.
